John J. Stewart has a professional background in real estate, sales, marketing and corporate law.  He has a native knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods and an extensive network of third-party relationships across all business sectors.  Stewart Group is a real estate investment advisory group within Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) that provides multifamily and commercial real estate investment sales, financing, research, 1031 exchange structuring and long-term planning services to private and institutional real estate investors.

John grew up on the Upper East Side and lives in the West Village.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University.  His personal interests are tennis, squash, golf and philanthropy.

Dylan Torey is a licensed real estate salesperson and investment real estate professional specializing in Lower Manhattan multifamily and mixed-use property types. His investment sales team advises private and institutional clients on the state of the Manhattan commercial real estate market; on the changing regulatory environment affecting short-term property management decisions; long-term investment planning options including analyzing the financial consequences of refinancing, selling outright or undertaking a 1031 Exchange; and performing a complete strategic review of a client’s property or portfolio.

Dylan earned his Bachelor of Arts from Roanoke College and was a member of the Men’s Lacrosse team.
