John J. Stewart has a professional background in real estate, sales, marketing and corporate law. He has a native knowledge of Manhattan neighborhoods and an extensive network of third-party relationships across all business sectors. Stewart Group is a real estate investment advisory group within Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) that provides multifamily and commercial real estate investment sales, financing, research, 1031 exchange structuring and long-term planning services to private and institutional real estate investors.
John grew up on the Upper East Side and lives in the West Village. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University. His personal interests are tennis, squash, golf and philanthropy.
